About Us

Westwood became a community over 29 years ago and many neighbors have come and gone over the years and many of us are original homeowners. It’s wonderful to see that the integrity of the neighborhood has been upheld and we are so grateful for all of the past HOA Board members who have volunteered their time and were committed to keeping Westwood a welcoming and wonderful place to live.

As elected as board members and our goals are to help maintain the standards set in our bylaws and covenants, to communicate with all homeowners about what is happening, to keep this a beautiful and safe neighborhood and to be available for anyone with questions or concerns. Feel free to contact us!

With an aging neighborhood, our goals are to keep up with the repairs and make improvements and enhancements for all to enjoy. The park received new swings recently and our hopes are  that in the next few years, we can replace the large play structure at the park. We welcome ideas and suggestions from our homeowners for any other ideas to improve the neighborhood and park.

This website has been one of our goals and are excited to have this tool as another way to communicate to everyone and give you as much information as possible. Please take the time to go through it – you might learn some things you didn’t know!
