ACC Fall Reminder

It’s not quite officially fall, but time to start thinking about what needs to be done before the weather turns cooler and wet.  Next week the ACC Committee will be walking through the neighborhood and noting any possible violations on your property that don’t meet requirements the covenants of our neighborhood. If you know of something on your property and have plans to address this, please send an email (acclhhawestwood@gmail.com) to the ACC to notify them to avoid a violation letter. Communication is one of our biggest goals through all of this, so please keep the ACC informed of your plans to deal with any violation. If you have previously received a violation letter and haven’t addressed the issues, you will receive another letter.
