The Lexington Hills Homeowners Association’s Westwood ACC Committee completed our latest neighborhood walkthrough on May 6th and identified several homes with covenant violations. We are mailed out letters for 43 (out of 115 homes in our neighborhood) homeowners yesterday to seek the homeowner’s cooperation to rectify the issues that we identified.
It’s not quite officially fall, but time to start thinking about what needs to be done before the weather turns cooler and wet. Next week the ACC Committee will be walking through the neighborhood and noting any possible violations on your property that don’t meet requirements the covenants of our neighborhood.
Saturday, July 22nd and Sunday, July 23rd are the dates for the neighborhood garage sale. Go through your closets, drawers, garage, under the bed and any where else you have things you need to get rid of! This is a great time for a garage sale with other neighbors participating,
