An update to the spring maintenance that will be done around the neighborhood.

Wednesday, May 19th bark will be spread along the fence on 90th as well as the entrance on 63rd Ave. E. This will be the same bark that Woodbridge has spread on the other side of 90th on their property.

Fence repairs/replacement will take place at the end of May. The section at the entrance on 63rd Ave. E. that is in poor condition will be replaced as well as the fence on the north side of the park. Homeowners whose property is alongside these sections will be contacted prior to the project starting. Don’t be alarmed if you see some spray paint on or near those sections of the fence…that is needed for the locators that is required prior to the work being done. Banner Projects will be doing the fencing work.
